Pros

Lovely building and facilities. Canteen is great for lunch and has just been refurbished. Great people and team mates + good work parties and events Good plan to show how we can improve our business and how everyone can contribute.

Cons

Generally all pretty good. We sometimes see the work be busy and then quiet so it would be good if this could be made more level. some team members are stronger than others and it would be good to see this managed.

The team culture I have experienced in Hologic is something I have never seen in any of my previous jobs. I love it!
