Pros

It is a stable company (so far). Projects an image of operational excelence. It is nice to be part of a company that makes products that help other people improve their health.

Cons

Poor life/work ballance. It used to be better, but a few years ago, that started to change. Now it is all about making more with less. Most people work long hours or continue working at home. Management has opportunities is therms of priorization of tasks/projects with respect to the resources available to work on them.
