Working at Hologic has been an amazing experience. Leaders and mentors are supporting me to achieve heights I never thought I could. I'm engaged in my work and I truly look forward to Mondays. It is so easy to connect with our mission and purpose. What I do truly matters!

Cons

Just like all workplaces, you will only get out what you put in. I work hard and it is appreciated but that might not suit some people.
