The induction process is not great, and it was definitely harder to grasp the role during covid working from home full time

Great Place to work. Fun environment and lots of things to learn. Small Team so it has its pros and cons

Cons

Difficult to work with APAC region due to language barrier and time constraint. Small Team that means no additional resource hence there may be a time when you need to juggle conflicting deadline which may pose challenge to completing task and then how you get looked up to in the eyes of senior leadership team.

Mentality and Social Help in the DNA for improving Woman Health, very focused company, with new opportunity coming every day, a way of healthy life. Improving employ knowledge, skills and life as well.

Cons

It's a very absorbing job for the good that it is, you would keep be working, and progressing all the time, because the Company take care of you and helps you very much, especially in training and achieving target, which are very ambitious
