Pros

The people are the best thing about this place (on the lower levels) they're really down to earth and are great to work with. The benefits are great and canteen is good too

Cons

management are awful! I don't know one manager from any department that is approachable or friendly! every step you make is under scrutiny or if you make a mistake in any way shape or form it's going to be held against you at the end of the year which may affect your potential bonus. the training is a joke you don't have any single week of one line instead you'll be thrown from pillow to post multiple times a week without chance to learn a single machine throughly. unrealiable equipment that are poorly maintained.
