Market leading products and a truly customer and patient centric approach. High talent organization with a very fast paced but friendly culture. I joined on a 6 month FTC and had a truly wonderful experience.

Cons

Very fast paced environment that is continuously evolving. As such, there is a never a quiet moment - but this is a good thing.

It has been my dream to join the Hologic Inc Family. My Interview process was open and Honest. It was all about Passion and most of all contribute to the growth of the Company globally significantly in Africa. I thank My Manager and the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team. Still on the learning process but i really like it here.

Cons

So far no complaints from my side.

From day one I have felt welcomed as part of the team and supported every step of the way. The culture is that of a solid team who is considerate, helpful and positive with every eventuality.

Cons

No cons really, it is a very busy company with a high workload so it can be full on at times, which is a pro long term.
