      - Good salary packages - Extra benefits - Good working environment - Nice colleagues

      - No flexibility in Logistics department (rest of the company have it) - Resist against change is high due to some managers' old school management mindset.

      Tremendous growth opportunity, great products and some very talented colleagues. Compensation is ok and I have confidence in Senior Leadership

      As we are growing very fast the necessary infrastructure / ressources are not always their which forces you to do some foundational items yourself instead of relying on other mature departments.
