      Pros

      Good work environment with a lot of innovation. Internal networks have a lot of knowledge and experience that can be leveraged.

      Cons

      A large company with a lot of overhead. Their development process, although well established, adds a lot of red tape, with questionable value.

      Pros

      Great working environment: very nice training opportunities, awesome employee benefits, competitive salary, nice working stations, good communications with headquarters.

      Cons

      Low to none investment in automation and systems, super manual processes, tons of muscle required to deliver small improvements. Poor management training difficulting the leadership alignment.
