      Pros

      Flexibility, some people are cool, lax environment for the most part

      Cons

      Cliques, sometimes I feel like I am back in high school. If you're able to play the corporate politics game and able to brown nose you'll be fine, If not then look elsewhere because otherwise you will feel like a nobody. Raises are not great, bonuses are not great, promotions don't happen often. Low pay compared to similar positions and you won't get a raise if you ask.

      Not that difficult of a job no matter what you're building Accrue PTO First shift ends at 2:30pm but OT regularly available

      Cons

      Terrible inventory management Going beyond expectations yields 0 rewards Most Engineers do not actually know how products work on Production floor Oversimplifying processes actually made them more difficult and tedious
