Pros

Fantastic and skilled colleagues. Very comprehensive training to understand the therapies, diagnostics and business. Still feels a bit like an entrepeneur, despite 7,000 employees. The brand is getting stronger. Stong leadership in AI assisted diagnostics.

Cons

Too much focus on too many projects at the same time and on internal matters takes time away from customer activities and initiatives. Be realistic about what league your are really playing in and when you will be in a higher one. It all comes back to the people and not least leaders which has some flaws.
