      Paid holidays, but poor management and no advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Paid Holidays, Your vacation time for the first 5 years you have to use for shutdown

      Cons

      Management especially in Iso7. The lead only reports negative information. The leads DO NOT work ever like other leads in the building The supervisor only releases on with the lead reports, he does not come in the room. There is no room for advancement. The supervisor does not speak or communicate with the employees unless it is to knock them down or speak negatively. The manager is the same. Changes need to be made the turnyraye will keep in.

      Pros

      There are a few good people left here, some of the older leadership exists, but there is a strong expertise where many of the worker bees are. The company does pay well.

      Cons

      It is not the same company anymore and soon it will even be more different since it has been publicly acquired, this actually may be a good thing. The current state of the company though is under a lot of very poor leadership. Most of the leadership positions have been wiped out and given to cronies from Stryker. If you are planning on growing and not part of that group, you will quickly learn. The best advice is to wait until the dust settles and a clean up crew comes in.
