      Micromanagent to the fullest! Directors and above have no clue and don't due any work. Unless you come from Stryker stay away from this company.

      Pros

      The support team is fantastic, Parts, Support and Field Service.

      Cons

      Upper management's ridiculous metric based goals. The "goal posts are constantly being moved, especially towards utilization metrics; instead of customer satisfaction based metrics. Once providing great customer satisfaction mattered, now it feels like it's fallen to the wayside, replaced by raw metrics.

      Poor work culture, if asking for help, then others will backstab to upper management, little to no help provided in trainings, unsupportive higher up management
