Business Outlook
Pros
The people at Hologic are wonderful and by far the best reason to stay. The facilities are great and well maintained. The location is easy to reach.
Cons
The yearly review process is too rigid and demanding of employees, yet the management and leadership team do not follow the same strict guidelines. Raises and compensation have fluctuated extensively from no bonuses to great bonuses and from no merit increases to meager increases that do not cover cost of living increases.
