      Pros

      I feel like my opinion really matters at Hologic. If you have a better or more efficient way to do something, people are willing/open to listen and consider the ideas. Also, the work life balance is great. People are very flexible and understanding about your schedule.

      Cons

      The communication between departments could be improved. There can be discrepancy about responsibility and ownership for certain tasks. Furthermore, since the communication is lacking at times, it can be confusing who to go to when trying to get answers to questions; you can be bounced around a little which is frustrating.

      Pros

      For the first time in my adult career, I am so proud to be working for a company that includes products that care about women’s well-being, as well as their health! As a mom of two girls who have entered adulthood, Hologic has given me the tools to understand preventive women’s healthcare and their recommendations for routine assessments. This kind of knowledge inspires me to do my job better everyday!

      For the millennials out there- the location is in the suburbs but keep in mind we now have the amazing APEX center!
