      I think they are headed in the right direction

      Cons

      Roles and responsibilities are pretty unclear Everyone feels really siloed People can be really rude - either directly to your face or by not showing up to a meeting or by constantly asking for everything in writing to CYA. Just a strange place overall at times.

      The interview process was great, the meetings were scheduled in a timely manner. All the team members that interviewed me seemed very experienced, knowledgeable and kind. I think that speaks a lot about the culture of the organization

      Great but depents of the department

      Pros

      Great work environment, but depends on the department you are working for. Salaries are very good compared to other similar companies.

      Cons

      There are very specific departments where there is growth, the other ones have mostly temp jobs and don't have a lot of vertical movement.
