Horrible toxic enviroment to work in

Pros

Sales team work extremely hard and are a great team but burnout in imminent l.

Cons

Bullying manager,leadership is a popularity contest and they don't seem to take any accountability just pass the work and pressure onto the territory managers with no encouragement or guidance! Then criticise all the efforts when they don't match what they wanted!
