- Upper management's "engagement" policies are a sham. They do not engage with the lower employees period. - Be prepared to take on triple the workload for very low pay compared to other companies. Also be prepared to work with very limited resources, and upper management will NOT backfill any positions. - Upper management's idea of "engagement" is to come in every few months with a 15 minute speech. That does not work. - You will work on very poorly managed projects with half your resources and half the usual deadline. - VERY SLOW CAREER GROWTH. Be prepared to face years of hard work with no promotion in sight. Ever.

Good ole' boys network. Management treat their employees as idiots that need to be micromanaged. There is NO out-of-the-box thinking. Everything is 'it worked before so we shouldn't change anything.' Now that there was just a shake-up of upper management, I see little hope for the future. Maybe someone will come along and buy them and keep the good people and toss everything else.
