Admin will throw you under the bus in a second to cover up a lawsuit & that's happened a couple times, rules are very vague and contribute to problems, lack of communication & trust, it depends on who your friends are if admin will favor you or not such as if you want a promotion or something wrong happens, HR doesn't value timely or proper investigations but will keep people if they need to maintain ratio - very subjective & sometimes people who should be fired stay, race, gender and LGBTQIA+ status come into play a lot, will under staff & expect you to deal with it, your breaks are contingent on staffing & if the supervisors want to give you one, admin made it unbearable & I felt like I was walking on eggshells because problems would come up randomly or they would stress on a rule one day and not care about it the next, so hope you didn't bend or break it on the day they cared about it, they threaten people a lot
