The director of the program has no leadership qualities. Some House Supervisors (upper management bosses) have no leadership qualities. They don't take the Youth Care Workers seriously. Brace yourself for incompetence, pedantry, and general negligence from the "leadership". They act as if they're the ones running the show but they don't actually provide anything - and I mean anything - of substantive value to the work at hand. Their decisions are very poorly made more often than not. The upper brass engage in a lot of sycophantry amongst themselves. Just generally unwise, injudicious, cowardly individuals.
