      Thank you for your review! We take pride in the flexible driver scheduling and the relationship our managers have with their employees. It makes coming to work much more enjoyable for everyone. We are also working to find better ways to explain and communicate our pay to the hard-working backbone of our company, our drivers. Every driver gets pay for every bag delivered. The only time that does not happen is on the off occasion where that pay doesn't add up to a good hourly wage for the driver that day. We don't allow our people to work hard and come home without a respectable hourly wage. I'm very sorry that wasn't better explained , and really appreciate your work for us!

      Pros

      The nature of the job gives you a lot of freedom/responsibility. You will learn how to navigate a great deal. This is a large corporation, they have liability insurance.

      Cons

      You work about 12hrs a day, generally 6 days a week. You work in the summer heat. The company doesn't keep all the trucks in ideal shape, just decent enough to be on the road. There aren't any security measure to keep you from carrying cash, you have to get money orders on your own. The customers can be very difficult, and traffic can be frustrating. It sales oriented, but sales often depends on the market and the base rate of pay is $8/hr.
