Pros
Great summer job for a college. Harder you work more money you make.
Cons
Long hours. Mangement is more concerned about making themselves look good radther than lives of their employees. Though they got new trucks it works against you to know how to drive a standard and have your cdls you still get stuck with older and crappy trucks. Poor work life balance and since it's mostly all men they like to throw around who is more of a bigger man and if you can't keep up you're often harassed or put into a hostile situation.
