If you're a student looking for a summer and don't mind back breaking work and long hours you will make a good income. Increased paid time off Plenty of work in the summer
Cons
Very few full time positions. Management will say whatever they think you want to hear to keep you working. Very seasonal in the northeast. Poor training Bi weekly pay All about how much work they can get from their employees for the minimum pay. Horrible CSA scores Poor maintenance on equipment Little chance for advancement. Mediocre customer service dependent on who they can get to do the job for the least amount of money Insurance after 1000 hours work Paid holidays only if you do not work on the holiday
