      Pros

      The more ice you sold the more you got paid, so the faster you moved the more you made. The guys in the office where always nice and helpful when I started. Everyone I came into contact with were great people.

      Cons

      How much ice you sold determined how much you made that day, so if you are one to take your time and do it right you have to be very quick. You are also supposed to rotate the ice so the ice on the bottom sells before the new ice you put in and if the last person to deliver to that freeze didn't rotate it, it makes it much harder to rotate or just stack on top of the older ice.

      Pros

      The work is great fun and exercise. The environment is extremely rewarding and is goal driven at a basic level. Bosses and fellow employees alike tend to be very nice and cooperative.

      Cons

      The work can get tough after a while. Only people who are physically fit should seek this job. Long days and weeks can leave you feeling exhausted.
