Good job for HVAC basics

Worked here for 3 months before moving into an actual HVAC job, learned some basics from it while getting paid. Job has a lot of freedom to it, the company trusts you to get the job done so no micro management. Clock in, see my route and do it, pretty easy job.

Cons

Sometimes there’s not much work that needs done.
