Pros
If you want to fly under the radar this is the perfect place to do that. As long as you don't rock the boat you can find stability here.
Cons
The culture here is casual (very unprofessional) and old fashioned. If you enjoy growth and making processes better don't work here. A lot of people have been with the company for a long time and they despite change and anyone who brings it about. Rude and unprofessional behavior is the norm and rewarded. I chose to leave quickly because it was not worth putting up with such unprofessional, small minded individuals when pay and career advancement opportunities are so small.
