Pros

The Touchpoint Team, of which I am a member, is fast-paced and collaborative. I've been on this team since ground zero, and while some team members come and go, not happy with our "get the job done efficiently and correctly" motto, the successful ones thrive and grow. We are all in each other's business : a truly collaborative effort. We are building a proprietary platform, so rigidity is not part of the mix. Excellence is the goal.

Cons

If you don't like to communicate and collaborate - this team is not for you. If you are a "lone wolf" you will not like it. Don't over-inflate your ability - it will be quickly rooted out.

CFO and CEO are good leaders and with the parent company's support, I feel the company has a good future.

Cons

I routinely felt bullied, micro-managed, condescended to, and unsupported by Accounting Leadership in Texas.
