Made lots of great friends with coworkers.

Cons

The company keeps hiring new people because very few choose to stay. After the brief training period, you are expected to keep your entire day open even when there is no real work waiting for you. Many appointments end up canceled, never confirmed, or completely unqualified, making every day feel like a waste of time and energy. New employees receive the worst leads while management still demands perfect results. Every concern is dismissed with empty excuses instead of real support. One day off is considered enough, with constant pressure to sacrifice the rest of your personal time just to satisfy management.

There was nothing here that allowed anyone to thrive, only endless demands to work far beyond regular hours with no reward or recognition.

Cons

The hours were inhuman, stretching far past what could ever be considered normal. Each time you gave in and stayed late, it became the new expectation, repeated again and again until you were drained completely. The burden was crushing, the treatment was shameful, and the experience was nothing short of miserable. This place is a trap—avoid it at all costs.

Pros

After being in the home improvement business for a long time, I’m so surprised with how much I learned during training for this role. Chris, is one of the most knowledgeable teachers I’ve had. Patience is also such an important quality with any trainer. I was ready to hit the ground running out of training and and have found early success. Love making money and helping home owners with their projects.

Cons

None that I can think of. Love this industry
