      Pros

      This job has helped me grow more confident in how I talk and present things. Fair base pay, with bonuses that reward extra effort. Compensation that balances stability with real incentives. Clear pay structure, hard work pays off. Being able to earn well without a cap gives me extra motivation. If I move up, I can get health, dental, and vision, which is great to aim for. The work stays active, and the company vehicle is a nice touch.

      The leaders of Home Genius Exteriors are liars, and they don't care about their own employees. They are apathetic and manipulative, and they consistently lie to employees for their own agendas. Employees here have no job security and don't have a decent environment that's conducive to learning. This place is terrible because of the kind of leadership we have.
