High energy, performance is rewarded, no excuse/aggressive sales tactics at top of market pricing, opportunities are endless for those that bring in the dollars.

Cons

Decisions are made at the top with very little due diligence. Gut feelings steer the ship and expansion plans. Some key decisions are made with bad information depending on who is trying to save their own skin. Back stabbing is the norm and is standard practice.

The company in general just has an amazing energy and there’s always a lot of excitement going on. Higher ups actually care about their people and that is seen and felt throughout the business. I feel seen, heard, and valued. They value promoting from within and I was promoted after only a few months of joining. I’m proud to work at Home Genius!
