Unethical work culture

Pros

Job stability, almost guaranteed 3% year raise, if you go way above and beyond you could get 5% raise. Paid holidays

Cons

Culture of unethical business operations and discriminatory actions by mid and upper level management that thrives within the company and in return the company protects and rewards leadership for that type of culture as long as it drives results or as long as you can manipulate the results to look good. Best advice I got there was always look out for yourself because that's what the company and most of its managers do.
