      Company car,company phone, some good coworkers and decent vacation days.

      Cons

      Branch Management does not follow through on what they say or promise. Company behind on technology, that would make employees job and customer experience better. Always problems with paychecks and benefits. Lied about opportunities for advancement in company and pay.

      Take home truck don't have to go back to office to drop it off, okay training, good pay if can sell service and perform service

      Cons

      Poor route management, Poor communication within, 24 hrs retreat even when your at the opposite side of town, NO ROOM FOR PROMOTION WITHIN, Alway quick to point out your wrong but when they do wrong they swept it under the rug like they never did anything wrong
