Cons

Through out the entire interview process I was asked at least seven different times if I have any trouble telling white lies. Home Team Pest Defense management is made up of racist individuals who could care less about work quality and proficiency. The stress of being terminated on a daily got to the point of just not caring. At one point if offered I would gladly ship off back to war then continue employment with this company. By far the most hostile and racist business environment I have ever experienced.

Micro managing, constant changes, sales people lie to customers forced to work Saturdays favortism , GPS Horrible Scheduling CSR's are horrible

Home Team cares about its customers and employees; this is the driving force behind their business. It is a corporate company with a small business feel. You have the benefits of job security with a company that is financially sound mixed with a family environment in the office. Management is down to earth and approachable.

Cons

Opportunities are available to those willing to relocate, otherwise it is hard to move up within the organization. Work can become repetitive and boring without an opportunity to advance. Because of the distance between branches, lack of local corporate presence, you have to wear the hat of many roles without equivalent compensation. The benefits package needs serious reworking.
