Literally one of their core values is fun. Can't beat that. The office culture is great. The commission for techs is pretty impressive. And if you're a hard worker it pays very well

Management is willing to lie If you have or say anything that disagrees with management's political beliefs they will get upset that you said something, but will gladly talk up one side and down the other about their political beliefs. Constantly saying they will change or fix that and never will You are expected to drive hour plus out and then drive home off the clock If you are an outside sales representative don't expect to make any sales that you haven't heavily documented you have been speaking too and have gotten signed papers for.
