Solid company base with financial backing. Unlikely to fail. Niche product in a saturated market.

Cons

- Zero ability by upper management to embrace current buying/selling strategies. - Constantly throwing out half-baked ideas created by individuals removed from the actual application of said strategy. - Does not compensate front line employees for the amount demanded of them. Drives away top performers and leaves management in constant position of hiring and training new individuals.
