HomeTeam Pest Defense offers great benefits along with family-like coworkers. Every day is a different experience and there is always opportunity for growth.

Cons

Management doesn’t always make the best decisions. Some weekends are mandatory but only because management will have you doing things that don’t pertain to your work, thus getting you behind on your own work.
