Pros

Very inclusive, the coworkers are super helpful, fun place to work

Cons

Pay could be more competitive and sometimes the work is physical. That is not necessarily a bad thing but some may not enjoy it

Pros

I was surprised the first time that I received a bonus from HomeGoods, anticipating that a part-time role would not receive additional incentives. They really care about their employees, however, and I received not one but four bonuses in the 10 months I was there.

Cons

No place is perfect, and HomeGoods is no exception. I was sometimes asked to make exceptions to company policy in order to satisfy a customer, which never sat right with me.
