As a part-time, they are very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Especially, as a full-time student at Texas Tech, they were understanding of my schedule and every time I needed to request days off, they accepted them. Great environment as well, got along with all of the employees and managers.

Cons

The employee discount is only 10%, with occasional weekends of 20%, which seemed a little low, but it is initially an already marked down store so it makes sense.
