Pros

The additional discount for purchasing items would be the only bonus.

Cons

Corporate america at its worst. No one is praised, all are treated like they are a dime a dozen.. because they are. I was labeled ss one of the top 2 cashiers for customer service. I was a harder worker than most. I was fired for punching the time clock less than 5 minutes late, but more than 4 on 3 seperate occassions within a 30 day period. Yet, i always stayed later than my scheduled shift often, when asked or as told to which on average was nearly 2-3 times a week for nearly an entore month. Assistant Manager let me go while the Store Manager on vacation. Store Manager thought i quit. Wow, right?

Pros

Majority of my coworkers were good people and were easy to work with and talk to.

Cons

Poor management, I constantly felt disrespected and so did the other employees. The hours were awful. They definitely take advantage of you if you come off as too nice. It was clear they didn't care for their employers.
