Very much favoritism and the bad thing is the lazy ones and also the ones that don't show up or leave early get promoted

It can be a great place but these managers have no communications skills and one in spectacular is very lazy and complains if a associate needs help especially in lifting anything in his dept.

Cons

Good benefits but not enough hours or hourly pay but it is retail.
