Growing company

Pros

Growing company that likes to promote internally. Good benefits. Something new everyday! Cool merchandise. Great reputation. Tries new programs to keep employees engaged.

Cons

Poor work life balance due to inconsistent shifts. Customers demand a lot for a store staffed as a discount store. Cannot locate merchandise in other stores since there is no tracking system. Starting pay for an associate is $9 hour and will not increase much over time. Limited amount of full time positions in each store. Very physical job.
