Pros

The salary increase from hourly associate to salaried management is awesome!

Cons

You will receive little to no true training other than the bare minimum required to run the building. Some still struggle with basic operational functions. Goals are set unrealistically with no support from upper management. And lastly, this billion dollar company cripples efficiency by refusing to invest in technology. Computer applications are stuck in the 1980s.

Pros

Easy job and great company to work for. I started off part time and with hard work worked my way up to full time. Weekly pay which was good. They promote within the company which is also great. Friendly co workers. Keeps you busy since customers love leaving a mess.

Cons

Not everyone works as a team and you have to pick up someone else's slack. The store requires team work as it can get very unorganized on the sales floor and in the back room. Managers can be lazy as well and very unprofessional (depending what store you work at)
