      Always active so time went by relatively fast; Great people to work with

      Employees are over worked and get burned out from all the labor. Not very organized system

      Pros

      Pay is better than most other retail businesses in the area. One dollar raise after only 6 months. Decent benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      Terrible customers who think they're better than you just because they've probably never had to work retail before. The company hires teenagers with no work ethic and all they want to do is stand around on their cell phones. Discount is only 10 percent. Some management has their "favorites" who don't really work much but only have a job because they are "buddies" with management. Schedule is always changing. No set hours so it's hard to have any outside plans.

      Always Had something to do. Pay was okay. Work in different areas of the store.

      Cons

      Hours. Manager didn't really fix problems you had with other staff Want you to work doing certain things but didn't show you how to do it.
