Pros

Rewarding, great apportunities for leadership, increase pay. The employees there are almost always wonderful and fun to work with. I spent a few years working for them and took pride in my work.

Cons

Pay increase from standard employee is minimal ($1 more/hour), duties can get monotonous and draining, sometimes are expected to do more than is possible, management can sometimes be unorganized. The job can get very stressful (but to be fair, I ended up taking on the duties of 2 other coordinator positions as well for several months, but that shouldn't have happened).

Pros

Coworkers were nice no experience needed hire students/minors

Cons

-managers don't back you up with customers when you follow company guidelines. For example, when a customer wants a discount, but nothing is wrong with the item. You are forced to call up a manager then the managers proceeds to give the discount after arguing briefly with the customer about the existence of any damage
