Pros

Can keep position as associate by completing just a few minimum hours every 2 weeks. College compatible through finals. Good to know that you don't have to choose between education and eating. As a company they support their employees in perusing higher education.

Cons

Holiday hours can be extensive and very late with an early start the next day. But, that is retail. Because of large rotating inventory. A lot of time is spent trying to refresh or undo the damage of being heavily shopped. A lot of putting away and straightening is expected and required. Physically demanding.

Pros

They work with job coaches. They employed people with disabilities and let job coaches come and help. Management is caring.

Cons

Meeting company production goals and finishing the truck in a timely fast manner. The truck could be very stressful for the associates and management.
