Pros

Great customer service and high ticket items from the furniture dept help motivate to push credit sales

Cons

Having to build merchandise as it comes off the truck, hang giant rugs, sign/tag new merch, inventory check, plus reset floor, put returns away, help as a backup cashier/layaway, bring in shopping carts from outside (in all weather), load up sold merchandise from dept into customers vehicles, train/supervise new associates, all while working along covering my dept during a full shift.
