Pros

The 20% off sales we have periodically. The flexibility of scheduling. They are very accommodating.

Cons

The lack of hours. That is the main reason why I rated them the way I did. Don't schedule me in to work for 4 days that equal to only 18 hours. Plus there's favoritism.
