As good as retail gets.

Pros

Very lenient with asking for time off, and in combo (HG + TJ Maxx) stores there is no cashiering. Usually very good relations between associates.

Cons

Physical work such as carry outs and getting rugs down, having pressure on you to get rewards credit cards (especially if in a stand-alone).
