Pros

My store was pretty flexible on hours and when i wanted to take off days.

Cons

There were a few months were we hand to ask customers for donations to different causes. For one, overtime someone donated we had to ring a bell and announce it on the speakers that they just made a generous donation. People don't like that. I didn't like doing it and most people felt uncomfortable and would ask me not to announce them.

Pros

I love the management. They recognize me as a reputable associate.

Cons

You must be adequate at promoting the TJX Reward credit card. I feel like I do a good job at this, but in every sales field there are always ups and downs.
