      Pros

      Air conditioning in the summer is a plus. The building is new and clean.

      Cons

      Minimum 10-11 hour days. Watched over more closely than hourly associates. Must take breaks with hourly associates. Poor leadership. Not everyone, but the upper management is rude, the AGM is a bit better, but crosses the line often. HR covers up the upper level managements mistakes. The AOMs are the only people with any common sense at all, but they are hand puppets. Not all the facilities are this way, it's just this one.

      Pros

      I heard the have increased the starting wage to $10 an hour which is very much needed

      Cons

      -Poor Management -Low wages -Very sexist pace to work (not good if you are a male) -Unfair work loads overall, you work really hard and they give you nothing in return.
