resources and equipment are functional and if broken are quickly replaced or fixed....great culture for loss prevention and awareness

Cons

Micro managers...if they do not like you there they will try and get rid of you for any reason there is a lot of covering up and looking the other way...no accountability towards people who have been there a long time or are well known in company
